We own a highly specialized Research Lab that carries out research on raw materials and products in terms of their purity, compatibility with the declared ingredient list as well as detailed check against trace amounts of any hazardous substances. The lab is equipped with a state-of-the-art equipment, such as a gas chromatograph with a mass spectrometer or a flame ionization detector (GS/MSD/FID system) and an aerosol-generating device.

As per the TPD guidelines for the consumer protection, e-liquids distributed on European markets undergo control and testing. One of the guidelines is testing of the aerosol generated by e-cigarettes against compounds emitted while vaping, as well as concentration of, i.a. nicotine, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrylic aldehyde, crotonaldehyde, benzene, toluene, 1,3-butadiene, isoprene, diacetyl, 2,3-pentanodione, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, nitrosamines (NNN and NNK).
All processes and activities related to the production and the design of e-liquids are covered by the Quality Management System compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 norm. All the regulations and requirements of that norm are fully applied by our company. The efficiency, further development and perfection of the Quality Management System are confirmed by an international Quality Management Certificate our company has received.
The broad spectrum of our lab research has been made possible thanks to the state-of-the-art equipment, i.a. an aerosol-generating device as well as a gas chromatograph with mass spectrometer GC/TOFMS. The mass spectrometer with the time of flight analyser enables quantitative analysis of the trace level of the individual ingredients of the samples, as well as identification of chemical compounds within the sample, through comparison of the mass spectrum with the spectres in the NIST library.
